Booking Conditions:

The dormitory rates are based on per person. The Superior, Poolside, Deluxe & Family room rates are based on 2 adults. Additional costs will apply for an extra person. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free in the same room with parents, using existing bedding. Cots can be provided for infants, free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the hotel 10 days prior to check-in date. Cancellations made 9 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation. No shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total accommodation booked. Guests who checkout early will incur a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation.
